After many years working with leaders and organisations, I saw how often people were asked to change without being given the time, space, or support to do so meaningfully.
Cherry Tree exists to offer a more thoughtful way of working one that starts with listening, values people as much as performance, and supports growth that feels sustainable rather than overwhelming.

I'm Catherine, the founder of Cherry Tree Grove Consultancy.
I’ve spent over 20 years working with leaders, teams and organisations through periods of change, growth and uncertainty. Across that time, what’s mattered most to me is helping people make sense of what’s happening around them and building the confidence to move forward.
My work sits across coaching, consultancy, training and organisational development, but the thread that runs through everything I do is people; how they experience change, how they lead, and how they grow.
I work best with individuals and organisations who value thoughtful conversation, honest reflection, and progress that feels natural rather than imposed.
